Our firm was founded by Attorney John S. Kamarados who is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio and is an Accredited Lawyer through the VA. 

John has tried to fight for the injured and disabled since he began practicing law.  This arose out of his roots as the grandson of a steelworker and the son of a teacher who always believed in helping others. 

He practices law in the areas of representing disabled veterans, handling Social Security Disability and SSI cases including children's SSI cases and Adult Disabled Child Cases as well as handling property tax appeals in Allegheny, Westmoreland, Armstrong, Butler and Washington Counties.

Mr. Kamarados was raised in the Ohio Valley, where he developed his interest in helping injured people when he saw people he knew affected by injury or disability. He saw their lives impacted by being victims of negligence and having to work through the court system after an auto accident, or those who became disabled and had to work through Social Security or the VA.

John now proudly bases his practice in the Allegheny Valley, a place he is proud to call home. John is active civically in the Allegheny Valley volunteering much of his time for charitable organizations, including those that help children pursue their education goals.

John represents Veterans who have been denied disability claims and are attempting to obtain VA Benefits. He is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs. As part of his veterans' practice he has handled issues on appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He enjoys helping Veterans who have honorably served our country and who now need assistance with denied VA claims from a medical condition or disease that was aggravated by or is a result of military service. He represents Veterans throughout the country.  He handled cases at the VA regional office, Board of Veterans Appeals and Court of Appeals of Veterans Claims.

John represented his first Social Security client while in law school as part of a legal clinic program. Since then, he has represented Social Security clients in cases involving children's SSI benefits, Adult Disabled Child cases, physical injuries, diseases as well as psychological disorders.
